Julia is Office Manager for Harkness Capital and has been with the firm since 2015. Prior to joining HCP, Julia spent 10 years at EXLservice as the Executive Assistant to the Vice Chairman and CEO, where she was responsible for facilitating communication between the CEO and other Board members, clients and staff. Julia brings over 15 years of administrative experience in office management, human resources, and accounting. She assists in the development and management of firm policies, and HR administration and operators including employee compensation and benefits. Julia graduated with a B.B.A. in Management.
