David Grams is an Operating Partner at Harkness Capital where he focuses on healthcare related services and Other Outsourced Services. He currently serves as Lead Operating Partner on the Board of Homestyle Direct (HSD).
At HSD, David has been active in strategy development, including geographic expansion, customer development with large managed care organizations, and talent acquisition.
Mr. Grams has over 25 years of experience operating and investing in healthcare services companies. He is the former CEO of Compassus, a PE-backed leading provider of home-based care, which he joined in 2020. Prior to Compassus, from 2009-2019 he was an SVP of DaVita Healthcare Partners. At DaVita he led operations across 17 states and oversaw payer contract negotiations and management. Prior to DaVita, Mr. Grams was a Partner at Wachovia Capital Partners, advising on healthcare-related investments.
Mr. Grams received an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing and B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.
